Dosage Instructions and Ingredients

Recommended Dosage and Administration: Two capsules at bedtime as needed, with 8 oz of water, or as directed by a healthcare provider.

When you first begin taking this supplement it is recommended that you begin with one capsule at bedtime, to see how sensitive you are to the product. Some clients do not require 2 capsules every night. Some clients take 2 capsules every other night, and some clients take only 1 capsule every night. You may only need one capsule every other night.

If you find that you are having difficulty awaking, or if you feel groggy, you should stop the supplement for a few days, and then take less, when you resume. It is best to take the amount that is right for you. You should sleep soundly, and also awake refreshed and ready to begin your day. It is not recommended to take more than 2 capsules per night unless your private healthcare provider prescribes more for you.
