Returns of unopened ProBLEN products are accepted within 30 days of purchase with a legitimate return authorization number. Customers who return all bottles/boxes unopened will receive a 100% refund of the purchase price

Customers who purchase a "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" 3 bottle/box special must return 2 of the 3 bottles/boxes unopened and in resale condition to receive a 50% refund.

Customers who purchase 1 bottle/box of a ProBLEN supplement may not return it for a refund if the bottle/box has been opened because we cannot guarantee specific benefits in 30 days with our vitamin, dietary, and other supplements.

Customers must notify us and receive a return authorization number before returning the product.

Refund Instructions

To request a refund please call us at 818-902-0685.

We will issue a Return Authorization Number and will notify you of that number by the end of the next business day.

Your Return Authorization Number must be written on the outside of the box the product/products will be returned in. Returns are at the customers expense and risk so we recommend using an insured and traceable shipping method.

All bottles must be received in our office within 14 days of your receiving your Return Authorization Number.

A refund credit will be issued according to the original payment method within 30 days from the time we receive your authorized return.

Although our policy states that we have up to 30 days to issue your refund using the method of your payment, we strive to issue refunds promptly and so we schedule refund processing on Wednesdays, with those refunds to be issued on Fridays. This means that if we receive your authorized return on Monday, we will plan to process the return on Wednesday, and issue your credit that coming Friday.
