Recommended Dosage Instructions

Dosage - Two sprays under the tongue 3 times a day, or as directed by your private healthcare provider.

Special Instructions: Hold the spray under your tongue for about one minute before swallowing. Refrain from using mint (toothpaste, mouthwash, gum, etc.) for at least 15 minutes before or after taking dose.
